Covid-19 Statement

Dear RayChenPlus Customers,

I hope that you and your family are safe and happy. I want to thank you for your order and support especially during these unprecedented times, where everyone faces new challenges and adapts to the situation we are facing as a society. We at RayChenPlus are committed to the health and well-being of our team, while adhering to the requirements of each country.

There have been several countries which have restricted shipping to 3rd-party express mail only. The cost is substantially more (usually $30-$40 USD per package). These additional costs are only temporary until the countries have lifted their restrictions. Please check back for further updates:

Europe restricted countries: Austria, Cyprus, Ireland, Ukraine, Russia, Estonia, Luxembourg, Spain, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Serbia, Malta, Italy, Peru, Norway, Portugal

Americas restricted countries: Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Paraguay, Columbia, Argentina, Guatemala, Uruguay, Panama, Honduras, Jamaica, Bolivia, Trinidad, Brazil, el Salvador, Chile, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Nicaragua.

Asia restricted countries: Qatar, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Lebanon, Kuwait, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Jordan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Sri Lanka, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, India, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Tajikistan, Oman, Bahrain, Brunei, Laos, Armenia, Turkey, Israel, Myanmar, Bhutan, Cambodia.

How do I get a free keychain?

For any order you make over $99, we will send out a free Pixel Ray keychain with your order!

What currency are prices in?

All products are listed in US Dollars (USD)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are dependant on country.

Will there be a customs or duty fee?

Sometimes additional costs will be required for international orders. These will usually be required when the items arrive at the specified country. Please note that these additional costs will be your responsibility. We cannot estimate the costs as these vary from country to country.

Will my order be tracked?

Tracking will only be available with express shipping. 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Need to return or exchange your order? No worries! Your item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused, undamaged, and with its original tags and labels intact. We will offer a full refund for returned items.
