What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard and express options are available for most countries.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes! All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs or import duties may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email raychenplus@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

What sizes are available?

We offer a wide range of sizes for both adults and kids. Check out our sizing chart to find your perfect fit.

Is there a free keychain promo?

Yes! For orders over $99, we’ll include a free surprise keychain in your package.
It might be a Pixel Ray, a mini CD, or a shaker keychain—you’ll have to wait and see!

Will there be a customs or duty fee?

Sometimes additional costs will be required for international orders. These will usually be required when the items arrive at the specified country. Please note that these additional costs will be your responsibility. We cannot estimate the costs as these vary from country to country.

Will my order be tracked?

Tracking will only be available with express shipping. 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Need to return or exchange your order? No worries! Your item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused, undamaged, and with its original tags and labels intact. We will offer a full refund for returned items.
